How Does It Work?

Insert the widget on the slide you want to start showing closed captions (usually the first slide in your project).  Simply align the widget on canvas to set the CC panel’s size and coordinates at runtime.  Publish for Flash Player 9+.

UPDATE: August 18th, 2011
This widget has been rebuilt from the ground up using the amazing CpGears Framework. Now you have the option to align the text center, left, right or justified.  You can also hide the CC close button.  It now only requires Flash Player 9 or above.

Does it work with Captivate 5.5? I have tried but I have found that it does not?

      Hi Mike,

The updated version works with Captivate 5.5.

I just tried it with Captivate 5.5 and I wasn’t able to reposition the CC panel. Please suggest where can I find the updated version (if it is not on this page). I am pretty sure if it works, I’ll be interested in buying it.

@43d00d2cd7d79d33c184d588da6804d6:disqus :  Note that the trial has publishing limitations.  It will only work inside of Captivate or on your local web server localhost.  Only the premium version will work when published to a remote web server.  I was successful in running the trial from Cp 5.5.
